Well, today we are going to do some of refreshingly nutritious smoothie recipes that go lighter on your stomach and for sure help you to breakdown your belly fats.
Berry Shake
Berries are packed with antioxidants as well as rich in vitamin C that boost your immune system to cut down your body fats faster. To do a berry shake, take ½ cup of strawberries, ½ cup of raspberries and ½ cup of blueberries. Add all the berries with raw milk and blend all the ingredients really well.
Berry shake tastes delicious and low in calories. Try it in busy mornings to satisfy your carvings instantly.
Chia Seed Pina Colada
Chia seeds are high in folic acid and iron. They are rich in magnesium and calcium which is significant for strengthening of bones and overall health. To make this super healthy drink take 1cup of pineapple slices, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1 cup of coconut milk.
Add all ingredients in blender and sip in heavens. To add some flavor you can garnish coconut oil on the top.
Zero-Fat Berry green Smoothie

Welcome to my new series I’m calling Cheap and Healthy! Here you will be able to find healthy as well as cheap food and recipe ideas to make your hectic life a little bit easier:)
If you do not have time or the inclination to watch the entire video the recipe is as follows:
1 or 2 scoops protein powder( I’m currently using Orgain Organic Protein Plant Based Protein Powder with 21 grams protein and 20% daily recommended iron per 2 scoops.)
1/3 to 1/2 cup kefir or yogurt depending on how strong of a taste you can handle. Kefir is fermented milk and tastes somewhat strong but you are blending it in a smoothie so you shouldn’t taste it much.
1 or 2 oranges depending on the size you are using
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
1 or 2 handfuls spinach leaves
This recipe makes a bit more than 1 serving so if you want less use a half or third the ingredients.
