NINJA BLENDER (I LOVE IT):

IRON SUPPLEMENT
NOTE: IRON IS VERY IMPORTANT TO THOSE WHO DO NOT CONSUME MEAT

GENTLE DETOX CLEANSING WATER
1/4 or 1/5 of Fresh Aloe Vera (grated)
1/4 Fresh Cucumber (sliced)
Fresh Ginger (sliced or grated)
2 slices of lemon
1.5 to 2.0 TBSP ACV (with the mother)
App. 32 OZ Filtered Water
Add Pink Himalayan Salt
NOTE: if you have concerns about electrolyte balance

SPIRULINA & SPINACH SMOOTHIE
1 Cup Veggemo Veggie milk (unsweetened)
3 Cups of Spinach
Lemon Juice (half of a lemon)
BLEND THE INGREDIENTS, THEN ADD:
Pea Protein (one serving)
1 TBSP Cacao Powder
1 TSP Spirulina
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter (unsweetened)
6-7 Fresh Strawberries
3-4 Ice Cubes
1 TBSP (or LESS) Low Glycemic Sweetener (A MUST)

Watermelon Salad w/ Sweet Chili Vinaigrette
2.0 TO 3.0 Cups of Fresh Spinach (chopped)
1/4 (OR LESS) Green/Red Bell Peppers (chopped)
1.0 – 2.0 TBSP Red Onions (chopped)
2-3 Plum Tomatoes
1/4 Cup (more/less) Fresh (Ripe) Watermelon (in its juices)
1/3 Cup (more/less) Pepper Jack Cheese
Add Sweet Chili Vinaigrette (below) & refrigerate for 15-30 min.

Sweet Chili Vinaigrette
1 TBSP Avocado Oil
App. 1 TBSP Rice Vinegar
1 TBSP Sweet Chili Sauce
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
Juice of a lemon (to taste)
Stir & let stand

Street Tacos & Homemade Mango Salsa
Homemade Mango Salsa
3-4 Frozen Chunks Mango (thinly sliced/chopped)
*NOTE: You can use fresh mango (that’s always better)
Red/Green Bell Peppers (chopped)
1 Clove of Garlic
2-3 Plum Tomatoes (sliced)
Jalapeno (chopped) (to taste)
Cilantro (optional)
1 Cap full of ACV
Juice of 1/3 of a lime
Salt & pepper to taste
NOTE: Refrigerate salsa and continue cooking

Marinade for Quorn Naked Chik’n Cutlet
1.5 TBSP Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
1/8 TSP Grace Browning
Trader Joe’s Hot Pepper Sauce (optional/to taste)
1/8 TSP Garlic Powder
Ground Cumin (PINCH)
1/8 TSP Adobo Con Pimiento
1/8 TSP Chili Powder
STIR!
NOTE: ONLY COAT QUORN CHIK’N CUTLET JUST BEFORE COOKING!

COOKING DIRECTION FOR CHIK’N Cutlet
Lightly sautee green/red bell peppers and onions (thinly sliced)
Add chik’n cutlet cook 4-7 minutes on each side. Do NOT overcook.

TUMARO’S LOW IN CARB / LOW CALORIE WRAPS

Spicy Cauliflower w/ Cilantro
Add 3-5 Cauliflower florets (grated or thinly chopped/minced) to pan
Add 1/4 Cup of Water at a time, cooking cauliflower on HIGH HEAT
When cauliflower softens, add:
1 TSP Avocado Oil
1/4 TSP Hot Pepper Sauce
1/8 Ground Turmeric
1 TBSP Honey Chipotle Salsa
Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

HOW TO PREPARE/PRESENT STREET TACOS
(OPTIONAL) Add a TOUCH of creme de brie
1 TBSP Spicy Cauliflower side in EACH taco
App. 3 slices of Quorn Naked Chik’n Cutlet
Garnish with sauteed peppers & onions, shredded cheese, fresh chopped spinach, homemade mango salsa and a tough of the Honey Chipotle Salsa

Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you some healthy snack ideas that are easy and quick to make, plus they are yummy too!

Zucchini Roll Ups
half a zucchini
1/2 avocado
Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
You want to eat these day of!

DIY Everything Bagel seasoning:
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup poppy seeds
3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
3 tablespoons dried garlic flakes
2 tablespoons coarse sea salt

Cacao Cashews
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp raw cacao
1 cup cashews
sprinkle sea salt
Chill in fridge 15 minutes until hardened and then enjoy.
store in fridge

Bruschetta Toast
1 slice sweet potato toast (400F for 25 minutes)
1/2 tomato
1 tbsp red onion
5 leaves basil
1 tsp olive oil
pinch himalayan salt

Green Smoothie
1 cup kale
1 inch ginger
half avocado
almond milk
2 tbsp parsley

Snickerdoodle bites
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Since we know that ingesting bovine collagen supplements have little to no effect on your skin, hair and nails, I recommend silica or the bamboo silica (see below), instead. And that’s what I’ve included in this drink!

Ingredients

To make 16 ounces of milk

1/4 cup raw almonds, soaked overnight
2 cups filtered water
A tiny pinch of Himalayan sea salt
1/4 cup of frozen or fresh dragon fruit*
1 tsp Lucuma powder
2 silica capsules**
1 tsp Amla powder (OPTIONAL – you can add it in for extra benefits such as a whooping amount of Vitamin C)
1/4 tsp vanilla, scraped from the pods (optional)

*You can use the whole fruit/smoothie pack un-strained so that you get the seeds and fiber, all of which contain great health benefits. But some prefer to strain off the fiber and seeds first. If you want to do this, simply squish it through cheesecloth until you have about 3-4 tsps of juice. Warning: It’s very messy, and the juice will stain your fingers!!)

** You can also choose to use Bamboo Silica which some think is more effective in triggering collagen production.

Instructions

Pop the soaked almonds and water in a high-speed blender and blend on high for about 30 – 60 seconds.

Use cheesecloth or a nut milk bag to strain. I prefer a nut milk bag as it makes things really easy!

Once strained (you can dry out the leftover meal and use for baking), rinse out the blender and then pour your fresh almond milk into the blender.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend for about 20 seconds on high.

Pour into a glass jar, and chill it for a few hours. If you want to enjoy it immediately, you could add 1/2 cup of crushed ice to the blender.

You can store for up to 3 days in the fridge, but you will need to give it a good shake before drinking.

Granny Smith apples tend to be very tart with little sweetness. To counteract overly sweet smoothies made with such fruits as berries, which are loaded with natural sugars, add apples that are tarter and less sweet. The best tart apples for a smoothie include the Granny Smith, Pink Lady and Braeburn.

How do you make an apple smoothie?
Apple Smoothie Recipe
Peel and cut apple into halves. Remove the core and cut apple into large pieces.
Add apple and almonds in a blender jar.
Add milk, yogurt and honey.
Blend until smooth and there are no chunks of fruit. Pour prepared smoothie into a chilled serving glass and sprinkle cinnamon over it.

How do you make a strawberry and apple smoothie?
Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries.
1 apple cored and peeled.
1/2 cup milk Any kind, we used low-fat.
1 ⁄2 cup strawberry vanilla, banana, or plain yogurt.
2 teaspoons honey.
